Anita Bharati

Anita Bharati is an Associate with the firm. She has assisted in various litigation matters before the lower courts and the Madras High Court during the course of her internships. At her time with Puthran & Associates, Fox Mandal and Associates, J Sagar Associates etc., she developed a keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and Company Law, and gained varied experience in drafting Writ Petitions, Articles of Associations, Trademark Applications etc. Anita also extensively writes on pressing legal matter regularly and has published Articles in Comparative Constitutional Law and Administrative Law Quarterly and Jurisprudence, International Journal of Law Management & Humanities etc. Currently, she is assisting on matters concerning corporate, criminal and corruption laws.
