Muthupandi Ganesan is one of the founding partner at Ganesan and Manuraj Legal LLP. He is a Barrister-at-law in London and an Advocate in India with substantive international experience in broad categories of law including domestic and international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation with particular emphasis on Company Law, Insolvency, restructuring, taxation and private and family law.

Muthupandi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. Muthupandi regularly undertakes and advises on international commercial arbitrations conducted under the SIAC, LCIA and ICC Paris especially with regards to enforcement of arbitration award in India.
Muthupandi also undertakes commercial mediation and is an accredited mediator by the Society of Mediators, London.

Muthupandi is a domestic and international litigator and has advised on transactions and disputes in many jurisdictions including England and Wales, India, Barbados, Antigua, Seychelles, Singapore, Nigeria, Romania, Estonia, Isle of Man, Kenya, Spain to name a few, representing both private and corporate clients.
Muthupandi regularly advises client in relation to matters involving British nationals and Non-Resident Indians in India. Muthupandi is often involved in assisting individuals on variety of different private law issues which are often associated with consular services such as:
– Advising on family and matrimonial law issues involving divorce, child abduction, child custody, maintenance, adoption etc.
– Advising on property law issues including probate, inheritance and estate planning.
– Advising on criminal law issues including on bail, criminal trial, criminal appeals and transfer of prisoners.
– Immigration law issues including PIO (Person of Indian Origin), Overseas Citizenship of India, removal of citizenship and passport issues.
Muthupandi is included in the List of Lawyers prepared by the British High Commission for India, as such, he is regularly representing legal issues involving the UK and India especially under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty, enforceability of court orders and mutual recognition of Court orders including the issues under the Hague Convention.
