Niraimathi is an Associate, who has played an extensive role in researching and assisting in matters pertaining to complex questions of law in Criminal and constitutional law cases. She has assisted in various criminal cases ranging from issuance of sanction for prosecution of public servant to issues pertaining to transfer of investigation from State Police to CBI due to the inaction of the State Police. Further, she has researched on the concepts of corporate guarantee, overhead costs in construction arbitration, fraud & misrepresentation within the ambit of arbitration and assisted in the cross examination of a high profile arbitration Case.
She has liaised with the Reserve Bank of India, British High Commission in India in cross jurisdictional cases. She has drafted Writ Petitions, Bail Applications and Criminal Original Petitions alongside Rental Agreements, Sale Agreements, Non Competent and Non Solicitation Clauses for employment contracts, Exclusive Agency Agreements and Consent forms for Medical treatments. She has also had the experience of working on matters pertaining to DIFC Wills, Implementation of Arbitral Awards in UAE, Succession & Trusts, Offshore Companies including BVI Companies, Jafza Companies & Hong Kong Companies.
