Akshay P

Akshay is a dedicated Junior Associate at Ganesan and Manuraj Legal LLP, with hands-on experience across criminal, constitutional, civil, commercial and corporate law. He has actively represented and assisted in a diverse range of matters, spanning from constitutional to corporate disputes. He regularly appears and assists before the Hon’ble Madras High Court, as well as before various trial courts, district courts, commercial courts, Debt recovery tribunal (DRT) and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). He possesses a deep passion for case research and a strong inclination towards drafting. His experience includes working on numerous criminal matters, particularly in criminal, civil revisions, appeals, quashes, original and writ petitions. He has independently drafted petitions and written submissions across a wide range of cases.
