Biography

Arya Abaranji. P. S.

Arya is a Junior Associate at the Firm. Arya graduated with a Gold Medal for securing the highest CGPA in her batch and she was awarded the prestigious ‘Star of Excellence’ Award which is one of the highest honours given by her University for commendable achievements.

Arya was elected as her University’s Moot Court Association’s President for three consecutive years and has won numerous accolades for the University. Arya has published various research papers on different facets of law.

Arya has experience working on service law, constitutional law and arbitration. Arya has significant experience in researching on intricate issues for several cases.

Litigation

  • Researched on many cases including on the appointment of Special Public Prosecutor at the desire of the victim under the SC/ST Act was instrumental in obtaining the order to commence a long-awaited trial in triple murder case.
  • Appeared before High Court of Madras, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Family Court and Commercial Court.
  • Successfully drafted and filed several Original Applications before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
