Biography
Aysha Aazmy Moideen is a Junior Associate at the firm and is an Advocate practising before the Madras High Court and various subordinate courts.
She advises on commercial and corporate legal matters, including arbitration, regulatory compliance, and transactional work. Her practice spans both domestic and international contexts, with experience in contract negotiation, government tenders, and sector-specific advisory.
She has represented her university in several national and international moot court competitions, including the prestigious Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot 2023. With a strong interest in the intersection of law, technology, and public policy, she has also been an active debater, having qualified for the Comparative U.S.–India Constitutional Law Debate organised by the U.S. Consulate General in collaboration with Loyola College, Chennai. She has further enhanced her understanding of digital law through the Herbert Smith Freehills Digital Law Virtual Experience Program.
