Government of India – Ministry of Corporate Affairs has published the Report of the Company Law Committee to examine and make recommendations to the Government on further re-categorisation of certain ‘criminal compoundable offences’ to ‘civil wrongs’ carrying civil liabilities and certain other changes facilitate and promote ease of doing business and ease of living.
